Remodeling Marketing Case Studies

Real contractors. Real numbers. On video, in their own words.

Every case study below follows the same format. Who the contractor is, where they work, what was broken, what we built, and what closed. Dollar figures are signed contracts. Not leads. Not estimates.

The Rules

How to read these numbers

Signed work only
Every dollar figure is a signed contract. We do not count leads, estimates, or pipeline value.
Timelines start at launch
Day one is the day ads go live or the site launches, not the day the agreement is signed.
Every contractor is on video
Each case study page has the testimonial clip. No paraphrasing.
Markets do not overlap
Every contractor has their market locked. None of them compete with each other.
Results vary
Market, offer, ticket size, and how fast the contractor follows up all change the outcome. These are what the system produces when it runs the way it is built to.
Same Format Every Time

What a case study page looks like

Each one runs the same way so you can compare them. Who the contractor is and where they work. What the pipeline looked like before. Exactly what we built, channel by channel. The numbers and the timeline. Then why it worked and what it means for a remodeler in a similar spot.

No fluff sections. If a number is not on the page, we did not have it.

The Pattern

What every contractor here has in common

  • Established remodeler or contractor with the crew to take on more work
  • Ran ads and search together, not one or the other
  • Used our follow-up automation so no lead sat more than 5 minutes
  • Funded their own ad budget in their own account
  • Owns everything we built

If that sounds like you, your market may still be open.
