SMS and text messaging
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that PJC Media may contact you by text message about your enquiry, your booked call and our services, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that send messages on our behalf.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our scheduling and CRM platform, and our email and messaging providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
- A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganized.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is useful for following up and for our records, and client information for the length of the engagement plus any period the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site and access controls on the systems that hold it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights

Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to and embeds content from other services, including our booking calendar, video player and social media. Their own privacy policies govern what they collect.
